The cashmere item was acceptable - not as good as we had hoped but (just) acceptable. Because we were not so happy with it, we wanted to return it and tried to do so via the website the day it arrived. The website would only allow us a drop off point for the return parcel more than 200 miles away from where we live and the company did not respond to repeated requests for help to change this. I then had to undergo emergency bypass surgery and the day that I returned home tried again repeatedly to organise a return. For much more than a month this company did not respond to emails or to the chatbot for help in resolving this matter. Though we finally did get an email, I am unimpressed.
