Hello. Thank You for this form to be able to give a response. I am very satisfied with the product, but have to give some feedback regarding sending. When buying a cashmere scarf I was given a gift of a knitted cap. First, it was not same as it was on the picture, but this is not a catastrophe. The issue was when You send the parcel and indicate the value of the product. If that was a gift why do you mark the value of the product (gift cap)? Since we in Norway have to pay toll taxes I had to pay for the whole purchase double price. My point is - as far as there is a gift I do not have pay for, you may indicate zero value (or possible min) of that. That is the reason I do not purchase from Your website anymore even though I would love to. Thank you.
