I am sure your products are fabulous - i never received mine and had a refund - Becasue the carrier was Hermes in UK. They are notoriously bad and the parcel was 'lost in the depot' (usually its delivered to an unknown address or the path). There has also been a tv programme revealing they sell off to an auctionhouse, parcels that Have good addresses and tracking data. So unless you use a different carrier I will never buy from you again - sorry. Change your carrier in UK! Thanks Hilary
