The quality of the cardigan I ordered is quite good, cashmere is not as soft as in other items I own. The shoulder line is more on my back that on my actual shoulder, even though I have quite "standart" body. Despite that I'm keeping the item, because the price is good and I like the style. Customer service replies within 2 working days, which is great. The delivery was fast, however I was disappointed to see that they haven't renewed their delivery policy on the website, which is apparently not free now.
