your delivery system incapable of excepting a legal address in another country
when finally did receive garment wore it twice then notice hole appearing at shoulder seam (i have many cashmere garments (purchased elsewhere) that are looked after very well and not had a problem with any) - i was prepared to purchase many more garments - but NOT now as holes appearing at the seam/s - i no longer trust your so called quality
