Gobi US’s customer service for returns is the worst I have ever seen in my many years of online shopping. No communication from Gobi and no refund. My order (6308) arrived on 21 September and as the colour wasn’t right I tried to request a return through the return portal on the same day. The portal kept telling me that my return could not be accepted, even though I was clearly within the 14 day returns window. I emailed Gobi US several times to seek assistance with how to return my order and then tried to phone during California business hours but no response. In order to meet the 14 day returns period, I posted the order back via tracked, registered, express mail (costing me AUD$50) and emailed Gobi US before and after doing so to inform them. I know from the tracking information that my package was delivered to Gobi US two weeks ago, but I have still heard nothing and my emails continue to go unanswered. My most recent email was sent a week ago to support-1@gobicashmere.com which is the contact email suggested by Gobi US in response to other poor reviews, but still no answer. Appalling.
