Products were brilliant, but the process of ordering into the warehouse/outlet wasn’t good. I was originally told it’d be available to collect on one day and it ended up being about 8 days after that. Really not quick customer service. I emailed to enquire about the order because it was taking so long and that wasn’t answered even after the 3 days turnaround. I think if you offer a collection from warehouse option either make it quicker or make it known it’ll take its time arriving.
