“The customer service team is great. We had a problem with the kitchen island that we bought because it didn't fit our door and they were super helpful. The reimbursement was issued without any complication and it is just sad that we couldn't fit the marble island because it was honestly beautiful!”

“Love this company! When I need some new, quirky items for my home they are my first choice. I have recently bought a few items to add to my home. They always arrive promptly and beautifully packaged and I always look forward to opening the boxes, I've always found that the items look even better than the pictures on the website! I don't live anywhere near a branch so I have to use mail order. I've never been disappointed.”

“I ordered a 'Bali Freestanding Hammock' from Graham & Green. It was for my wifes birthday. The first hammock was sent out promptly but ParcelForce managed to lose it in their Bristol Hub. A quick e-mail to Graham & Green resulted in a replacement hammock being sent out immediately - no questions asked. Amazing service and care for their customers! ParcelForce on the otherhand..........”
