Rubbish. Someone else's returned item. Good job my husband is an engineer as the delivery drivers took away the packaging leaving us unable to return ours.

Hi I love my cushions but the packing of the goods was very poor cushion covers were just thrown in the box and all creased and crumpled no care was taken. Not nice to receive.

Can’t fault delivery and the look of the mirror is great. Sadly, the glass seems to have a slight bend so that when you look into it and move your position the reflection seems to warp at the periphery - I can’t imagine this is intentional.

We cannot understand whether the piece was badly made (with nails missing the wood), or just an antique of which can be multiple items in stock .... I love rustic items, but would like them to be properly sanded, without rust, and with straight holes and nails.

Poor quality for the cost. Paint flaking off in places ( not just a distressed look but actual bits of paint were in the wrapping and more came of in my hand when i held it) and candle holder it's self leaning so candle won't sit straight. Bought last minute as part of a birthday gift so gave anyway as only an extra and would have been acceptable at a lower cost. Disappointing for the money and for G and G .

We order our items through the website and it’s been nearly 4weeks and still haven’t received our items. The customer service was wonderful and quick to reply. however it would have been helpful if on the website or with the email order confirmation we would have had an estimated delivery time. We still haven’t heard from the delivery company on a new delivery date. We have heard great things about graham and green and have been a little disappointed. I’m sure once we have the products we will love them and it will be worth the wait!

Totally broken product packed and sent to us. Quite clear not up to scratch. Company replaced fast though we had to return bulky item and minimal apology given.

You informed me that delivery would be made on Monday, but it was aurally delivered on Saturday. Thankfully I saw the email to say you had delivered the items, however the picture shared the items were clearly at the wrong house. My husband had to go on a hunt and luckily the items were discovered at a nearby neighbour’s front porch.

Delivery date. I ordered 4 items I was contacted and told one item was out of stock, although when ordered it was still available. Graham & Green waved the delivery cost, however they didn’t deliver the other three items.. I presume they are waiting for the fourth item to return in stock so they don’t have to make two deliveries. Totally unacceptable.

Whilst this is not a complaint directly about G &G, the delivery provider is part of your service. This was ordered for a friend who was visiting from abroad. I was notified about delivery for a Wednesday but were not going to be in so I selected delivery for the Friday via the Parcelforce website. Despite waiting in on Friday and checking the website regularly, nothing arrived. My friend left on the Sunday. The parcel only arrived on the Tuesday.

The design is great but the material of the garment is very poor quality for an apron. Not happy at all. Not good value for money.

I ordered a silk lined velvet cotton bathrobe. It is a luxury item I think priced around £175. It arrived in very small battered cellotaped up box, and had been squashed in tightly. I unwrapped the item and it was creased everywhere. The instructions for garment were no ironing. It was a nice item but effectively wrecked. On reporting this to customer services, twice in detail, there was no response from them that they valued what I had said, or were going to action to prevent this happening to others. Just an offer for a free rerun of the garment. Thet did not seem to care, and I will not attempt to buy from them again.

Too much packaging for such a little gift!! Just bubble wrap in a jiffy would have sufficed for this. The product is great but I was surprised with the enormous box it came in.

I absolutely love the product you sent which arrived in perfect condition. However the amount of packaging involved was enormous and overkill. The original box that had to the octopus already had ample protection with polystyrene to secure it in its box. Your company then put that box into a box 8 times its size with a large amount of brown paper. The entire contents of which filled a whole recycling bag. All rather unnecessary for something so small.

The items were ok. But I was disappointed with the quality of the velvet and linen cushion for the price and bearing in mind it doesn't come with a cushion pad. Also, delivery and returns are expensive and exceeded £10, which is a lot given other retailers offer free delivery and returns.

One of the candles turned up broken and I emailed straight away to try and get a replacement, and I’ve had no response. Sadly even though they are lovely candles, one of them can’t stand up on its own so I cannot use it.

Bought a nice looking table lamp. Brass ring protruded past the felt pad in the base that prevents scratching surfaces. So GG sent a replacement and collect faulty one. No problem. Second one arrived. This time grass ring was flush to base, but the brass ring was dented chipped and scratched! Arranged another collection. Decided to shop elsewhere as quality wasn’t there. Expect a £150 lamp to arrive looking new and passed factory’s high QC tests. Not the case. Shame as GG customer services seemed good and I thought I found a good online home furnishing supplier.
