Nice product but the packaging was ridiculous. A perfectly good cardboard box put into a slightly more attractive cardboard box with a bit of G&G tape. Honestly? A bit of common sense required here please.

Hi I do love Graham and Green products but feel their cost of returning products is very expensive and puts me off ordering, as most companies do free returns now that on line ordering is so popular, I had to pay £10 to return 2 cushions that had only cost £50 Which I think is awful

The outside chairl/bed cushion is not washable. Whilst this was said on the website I did not see it, it did not cross my mind that an item you'd use everyday outside wd not be washable! And the returns policy is expensive so it looks like I'm stuck with a very pretty but unusable bed cushion!

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of the frame, as it was rather flimsy. After taking the protective film off the acrylic glass, it was difficult to replace the print and I had to push it back into place! The print had ripples in and they still show at the bottom of the picture. I could not return as the packaging was throw away and I would need to pay to return this large item. I would be reluctant to purchase from Graham and Green again!

Very nice jug, my wife loves it. Very well packed, arrived intact. However sent through Royal Mail - the only delivery company who take your goods back with them if you are out. Had to arrange a redelivery, wait a couple more days and then queue at a post office to get it. Annoying

Well packaged and nice jug but don’t rate the company. This was a gift that wasn’t liked. Archaic practice of calling them for a returns slip to then be charged a total of £14 in P&p!! I decided to regift and not use this company again.

It’s a long story but Graham and Green sent two large broken prints (second was a redelivery when the first was broken - but the second was also broken) and when we set up the return for broken print 1 it took three attempts before Parcel Force actually turned up to pick up the return. Still waiting for the promised refund for the second broken print so I can get it reglazed locally. I hope I can update this review to say how long it takes to actually receive the discount for the breakage. So far we are 13 days into this and not completely sorted yet. Customer service people were good to work with to try to help me solve the problem.

Looks good but barely a pinboard. There is no cork behind the fabric. It is almost impossible to push a pin in it even with a hammer.

I have to honestly say that I was really disappointed with this lamp and had to send it back. When I saw the photograph online it looked like a really interesting, quirky lamp with a deep navy blue base, in the shape of a squash with paler lines accentuating the contours. The lampshade looked a beautiful deep red/orange with a gold lining. It was not cheap. When it arrived the base was a solid black lump, not navy blue, with no subtlety or aesthetic appeal and the lampshade threw out hardly any light.

I bought an item which I then saw priced elsewhere for £30 less which is a significant difference. I asked the company if they would price match it and they said no so I needed to return it at a cost of £10 as it was quite a large item. This I did but it has left me feeling disgruntled because I feel that they should either have price matched it or carried the cost of my return so that I wasn’t left out of pocket for their over pricing. It has left me feeling that I cannot trust this company to provide the good value that I look for in a retailer. I do value independent retailers and I do try and support them but a £30 price difference with no solution offered to me is not good service. I have provided two stars because the return support was at least efficient albeit provided at a cost to me.

All deliveries arrived on time, but the quality of goods was really poor, especially for the cost. The cushions are cheap velvet fabric and very badly made, and all the gold items looked really cheap

Delivery was speedy but the table was not very good quality. The piece of glass did not fit in the frame of the table and we had to get someone in to fix this.

The 6 wine glasses were so poorly wrapped that every single one was smashed or chipped. They replied to my email expressing regret (“I am sorry to hear...”) and asking for photos; and then sent me a replacement, properly wrapped. So I got what I wanted, a week later than I should have. I was just left staggered that they would trash their own merchandise like that, it was such a shame, yet the email implied no surprise.

Ordered a chair and foot stool for delivery before Christmas. This has now been delayed until mid-January the only communication being a very poor email. Would have expected more.
