Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of the frame, as it was rather flimsy. After taking the protective film off the acrylic glass, it was difficult to replace the print and I had to push it back into place! The print had ripples in and they still show at the bottom of the picture. I could not return as the packaging was throw away and I would need to pay to return this large item. I would be reluctant to purchase from Graham and Green again!

The outside chairl/bed cushion is not washable. Whilst this was said on the website I did not see it, it did not cross my mind that an item you'd use everyday outside wd not be washable! And the returns policy is expensive so it looks like I'm stuck with a very pretty but unusable bed cushion!

I ordered a silk lined velvet cotton bathrobe. It is a luxury item I think priced around £175. It arrived in very small battered cellotaped up box, and had been squashed in tightly. I unwrapped the item and it was creased everywhere. The instructions for garment were no ironing. It was a nice item but effectively wrecked. On reporting this to customer services, twice in detail, there was no response from them that they valued what I had said, or were going to action to prevent this happening to others. Just an offer for a free rerun of the garment. Thet did not seem to care, and I will not attempt to buy from them again.

I have to honestly say that I was really disappointed with this lamp and had to send it back. When I saw the photograph online it looked like a really interesting, quirky lamp with a deep navy blue base, in the shape of a squash with paler lines accentuating the contours. The lampshade looked a beautiful deep red/orange with a gold lining. It was not cheap. When it arrived the base was a solid black lump, not navy blue, with no subtlety or aesthetic appeal and the lampshade threw out hardly any light.

I absolutely love the product you sent which arrived in perfect condition. However the amount of packaging involved was enormous and overkill. The original box that had to the octopus already had ample protection with polystyrene to secure it in its box. Your company then put that box into a box 8 times its size with a large amount of brown paper. The entire contents of which filled a whole recycling bag. All rather unnecessary for something so small.

Totally broken product packed and sent to us. Quite clear not up to scratch. Company replaced fast though we had to return bulky item and minimal apology given.

The items were ok. But I was disappointed with the quality of the velvet and linen cushion for the price and bearing in mind it doesn't come with a cushion pad. Also, delivery and returns are expensive and exceeded £10, which is a lot given other retailers offer free delivery and returns.

Hi I do love Graham and Green products but feel their cost of returning products is very expensive and puts me off ordering, as most companies do free returns now that on line ordering is so popular, I had to pay £10 to return 2 cushions that had only cost £50 Which I think is awful

We order our items through the website and it’s been nearly 4weeks and still haven’t received our items. The customer service was wonderful and quick to reply. however it would have been helpful if on the website or with the email order confirmation we would have had an estimated delivery time. We still haven’t heard from the delivery company on a new delivery date. We have heard great things about graham and green and have been a little disappointed. I’m sure once we have the products we will love them and it will be worth the wait!

I bought an item which I then saw priced elsewhere for £30 less which is a significant difference. I asked the company if they would price match it and they said no so I needed to return it at a cost of £10 as it was quite a large item. This I did but it has left me feeling disgruntled because I feel that they should either have price matched it or carried the cost of my return so that I wasn’t left out of pocket for their over pricing. It has left me feeling that I cannot trust this company to provide the good value that I look for in a retailer. I do value independent retailers and I do try and support them but a £30 price difference with no solution offered to me is not good service. I have provided two stars because the return support was at least efficient albeit provided at a cost to me.

Delivery was speedy but the table was not very good quality. The piece of glass did not fit in the frame of the table and we had to get someone in to fix this.

Nice product but the packaging was ridiculous. A perfectly good cardboard box put into a slightly more attractive cardboard box with a bit of G&G tape. Honestly? A bit of common sense required here please.

One of the candles turned up broken and I emailed straight away to try and get a replacement, and I’ve had no response. Sadly even though they are lovely candles, one of them can’t stand up on its own so I cannot use it.

Delivery date. I ordered 4 items I was contacted and told one item was out of stock, although when ordered it was still available. Graham & Green waved the delivery cost, however they didn’t deliver the other three items.. I presume they are waiting for the fourth item to return in stock so they don’t have to make two deliveries. Totally unacceptable.

Well packaged and nice jug but don’t rate the company. This was a gift that wasn’t liked. Archaic practice of calling them for a returns slip to then be charged a total of £14 in P&p!! I decided to regift and not use this company again.
