Returned the chair as when delivery drivers unpacked it the material had a floor across the top. Very disappointing. Still waiting two weeks later for a refund! Having chased twice! Not a white glove service arrived in a dirty van with them saying do you want us to in pack it!

Item was damaged and only offered 15% discount on damaged item. Disappointed to receive a substandard product.

Bought two items from here and will not use again. Both items arrived broken due to insufficient packaging. Replacements were issued but what a waste of resources when all that was required was care when packaging the items in the first place.

Very expensive item however quality incredibly poor, broke off when placed in ground. I taped it up and added a new spike bit should not have to do this on a new, not cheap item. Overall quality of goods has deteriorated over the years, and prices still high.

The drainer I bought was not great quality and is leaking which I would not have expected given the cost. Unfortunately I am unable to leave a positive review

Appalling service. My order was not delivered for over a month and there was no update on the whereabouts of it. There was no apology issued for the screw up. The lack of acknowledgment of responsibility for this and the inconvenience it caused the customer is shocking.

Hello Fadi, Many thanks for adding a review but sorry to hear that you have had issues receiving your order. We can see that DPD delivered the order to your concierge at number 10 and left a note advising this. There is a photograph showing the parcel has been left with someone at concierge. Grey velvet pillow poor quality faded already. I have not had them more than a couple of months ! Yellow and discoloured. I would not recommend this item.

Item arrived damaged and in poor condition. Was promised collection of the damaged item for a week with 4 pick up no shows where I stayed in having to change the time of my child’s bursary pick up. Still waiting now for the damaged item to be collected a month later and that’s just to get the refund process started. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever endured. Would seriously think long and hard before ordering from the company in truth

The frame arrived a completely different colour to what was shown online. I emailed about return and no one got back to me. I will never ever use this company again.

Sorry to say, that our hammock didn’t have the right bolts. My husband had to go out and get larger bolts, at our own cost, as the ones provided were too small. Didn’t want the hassle of complaining, but as this email has come through. Pretty shocking for the price.

You sent me a used, damaged, decorative paper Christmas tree, and ignored the online inquiry I sent to the email address provided on your website, asking for a replacement or a refund. Sadly our table turned up with no bolts or screws. This made it impossible to assemble. Tried to contact G&G but nobody got back to us so have had to go out and source the parts ourselves. Very disappointing given the price.

The sparklers that I ordered were broken in half. The crackers were destroyed. The courier left the package in a supposedly safe space, which was the rubbish disposal area. I asked for a refund but would expect a serious company such as Graham & Green to send out another identical order gratis!

Purchased two Xmas polar bears only as the largest was out of stock (fortunately). Arrived very well packaged, however, one had a broken neck wreath and they were made out of some sort of prickly synthetic plastic. This was so annoying after I had asked twice if they were faux fur material like the John lewis bear. They are extremely poor quality and I would expect better for the extortionate price! Stick with John Lewis, superior quality at half the cost!

Don't even attempt to exchange or return anything. I've been dealing with trying to exchange a product for over 2 months now. It's insane. The pick up dates never get respected, and always an issue with delivery. I've had dozens of emails back and forth with their CS team and over 2 months later this is still not sorted. This on top of the fact that they made me pay some weird non-transparent fee related to some credit I'd used, despite me using fair credit I'd earner and paying the full price. I paid it just because I'm sick of dealing with it and want to get it over with, but it's so unclear and confusing. This process has been terrible and I doubt I will buy anything major again.

It seems issues arose when we explained that there was an outstanding balance on the exchange order of £5.65. As you are signed up to our Loyalty scheme, you earned loyalty points on your original order. You then went on to spend these points on another purchase. As you were then returning the items you earned the points on, this technically meant that money was owed.
