Apparently my parcel has been delivered but it’s not there! Now we are trying to track it down. Not a wise decision using Parcelforce. They are terribly unreliable.

Most of order turned up, and it was nice. However, one of the 2 bedside lamps didn't turn up, the one that did had a slightly frayed cord (looked like someone else's return) and I had to chase for a missing candlestick holder as well. They said they couldn't find my second lamp (well, why not tell me that before sending just one (frayed/poor quality) lamp? They were obviously bought as a pair. Returns were a pain to arrange given I'm out of the house at work during the day time. Would not buy from them again, would not recommend.

Awful first delivery of floor lamp arrived damaged then second delivery also damaged and to add insult the collection didn’t turn up for 2nd lamp after waiting home all day. It’s now being collected on Monday so another day of waiting home before I can get a refund on my broken purchase. Not happy with this service at all.

unfortunately G&G didn't send all the items as ordered and the carrier (Parcelforce) was incredibly frustrating to deal with, items ordered before christmas and finally managed to get them (despite an "attempted" delivery on 23.12.21 when we were at home isolating and definitely in) last week.

Item arrived badly damaged on 1st Nov. Carefully packed so not damaged in transit, left warehouse faulty. I sent email with photos and had acknowledgement to say someone will contact me within 3 days. No response so contacted customer services again on 7th Nov. Agent organised collection of defective item. Now waiting for replacement as item out of stock.

I ordered a mirror off the website and was sent the wrong one. Emailed to say this (with screenshots of what I expecting etc) and they apologised and sent me the same (wrong) one. Emailed to say they’d sent me the wrong one twice and they said they’d talk to the warehouse. Then I got an email confirming that they’d matched the wrong photos with the product codes on the website so I had received the correct one?? but that’s not what I ordered?? Confusing communication and not helpful.

The wall hooks I brought were very badly made. They had been put together wonky so they were unusable. They were also checked and picked by someone so I’m not sure why they were sent out in the first place.

Both items were damaged..The metal was bent on both items and the tray marked on the sink drainer too .I need to arrange collection but have been unwell with covid so was open to a reduction to dave tue effort.The 10% reduction offered was somewhat insulting and highlights to me that quality is no longer a priority for Graham and Green .

Delivery guy took my parcel to the post office, I don't live near the post office and I don't have a car. They also didn't leave a card. Tried to contact customer support and they have completely ignored me. It was a birthday present so not happy!

Had to pick item up from post office after paying £6 for delivery which was apparently attempted twice (no card left either time). Had to ring to organise delivery to a local post office. Finally picked up item and nothing like the picture. It was badly wonky and the shelf was useless as unable to hold anything. This is actually false advertising. Had to contact customer services again who stated all possible replacements were also wonky. How hard is it to measure and drill a hole reasonably level? Offered for item to be sent back free of charge at least but just can’t be bothered. Judging by the delivery shocking experience I didn’t even try to get item collected. Huge huge shame as item in the photo looked really quirky and just what I was looking for. Reality was shockingly different!

I bought a shelf from graham and green but it did not come with any way to fix it to the wall. I have been to multiple hardware shops around where I live and no where has anything appropriate to use. Quite disappointing as I have no way to put this shelf on my wall.

Purchased two of these double rugs and I must say I am very disappointed in the colour. Doesn’t look similar to the one picture you’ve got to look at on the website. Very yellow and quite cheap looking!

Mirror arrives smashed to pieces. Absolutely no attempt had been made to protect and package the item. I contacted them and in fairness they refunded me immediately and the lady I spoke too at the time didn't sound too surprised at the condition it arrived in. Even if it had arrived in tact I think I still would've sent back. Definitely not a premium product. Felt like cheap mass produced stuff from China, definitely not what I had expected given the prices. Save your money and shop elsewhere
