Service & communication were good as you would expect, unfortunately the mirror I purchased is of poor quality & colour & doesnt quite match description & pictures on the advert. Disappointed in my purchase.

No problems with the admin/delivery, etc but the mirror was just a little disappointing in its quality, so not brilliant value.

Chimenea/pizza oven is beautiful. However, we have found not much heat comes from it. We were cold huddled around it. Not sure if we're doing something wrong? Also, the pizza sticks to the bricks, even after hours of letting it heat up.

However, we’re sorry to learn that it hasn’t been heating as you expected and that the pizza is sticking. This can sometimes happen if the oven hasn’t reached the right temperature, so our suppliers have advised changing the type of fuel you are burning, to ensure it gets hot enough. They have recommended using charcoal or high quality wood. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to experiment a little with your setup, as every outdoor cooking experience can vary. I’m still awaiting delivery of my chair. The issue lies with the delivery company. Poor communication; they will ask for your preferred dates and then offer something completely different and at times not conducive to a working day. I’m hoping that third time lucky, I’ll be offered a suitable slot. I contacted Graham & Green about the issue; the lady I spoke to was very pleasant but did not offer a solution.

I bought a lamp and shade from Graham and Green. I had been promising myself one of their gorgeous lamp shades for a while so I was so excited to finally order and receive one. Unfortunately the lamp base is very light and as I took my hand away from inserting the light bulb I caught the shade and the lamp and shade fell forwards and within seconds the £145 light shade was flattened. I have done my best to re shape it but it will never look perfect and has spoiled the whole experience. I was shocked at how easily the shade buckled flat and how easily the base tipped over on carpet.

I ordered the swan head. It arrived swiftly after paying a lot of money for postage. Well packaged. The swan itself looked cheap and nasty. I then returned the item. The returns process wasn’t easy and again had the postage cost deducted from my refund. Wouldn’t rush to order from them again.

I’m quite surprised this review request has been sent to me after the really bad communication I’ve had with Graham & Green recently. I paid for a sofa from the Bayswater store well over a month ago and was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. I never heard anything, not even a receipt was emailed, for a few weeks. I chased customer services on 3 separate occasions to find out when the sofa would be delivered and was told each time they would look into it and call me back but I never heard back from anyone. I chased again and spoke to a girl who did manage to call me back but said there had been a confusion with which delivery company they were going to use. She said the distribution company will be in touch but she doesn’t know when. I’ve heard nothing more from anyone! Very frustrating and certainly don’t plan on using G&G again for any of our interior projects. Looking forward to the sofa arriving one day!

Sadly, the order was setup with the incorrect delivery method, which resulted in a delay processing this internally. More than happy with product and everything except for one thing that caused us anxiety We wanted the product for a second home and wanted to pay for it and have it held till we could be there. Not possible.

Hi the sofa I ordered from yourself wasn’t like the one on your website,not at all comfortable and a lot darker than I expected. So sorry that I’m having to return. I will look again hopefully for a sofa that meets the price I paid for it.Not your fault, but it’s very difficult to choose a sofa without looking at it in person first. Your delivery service is very good and I can’t thank them enough so thanks.

The striped bedrolls aren’t really fit for purpose. We recently had some built-in benches put in our garden that needed some cushions. I found the G&G charcoal striped bedrolls which fit in the space, look absolutely amazing and are very comfortable…however, the tufting is extremely delicate and almost every single little tufted ribbon fell off the first time my husband and I lounged on them. What’s left under, doesn’t look good and will clearly tear after a few uses. Also, the accompanying bag is useless—there’s no possible way of getting the mattress back into it. I do love G&G items though, so the mattresses will not deter me from purchasing with them again

I like Graham&Green products. I didn't give a 5 star review because some of the prices are unaffordable for quite a lot of people. But the quirky things I do find that I can afford I do love. Recent purchase was Norman. We've called him Norman and he's in with the bricks now. Norman's now a family legend .. but if you could put in a few more quirky but affordable things that would be a good thing

Love the table, better than expected but 2 weeks delivery for a stock item plus £50 delivery I find rather excessive - the table came in a box with the legs detached.

I paid £15 delivery charge for a delivery of 2-3 working days. I ordered on the 7th Feb and received the order on the 16th, which is 7 working days . I was refunded delivery charge when I emailed which was good. However, I would suggest they either change the delivery partner or advertise more realistic time frames for delivery. £15 is a lot for a standard delivery charge.

The moon decoration I bought looked beautiful however it doesn’t stand which is disappointing. I have emailed yourselves regarding this but have had no response. #update. I have now had a response and have been granted a partial refund as I do not want to part with the item as it is gorgeous and I have been trying to get one for a few years. £15+ to send an item back! Not a true description of the rug. Colour more orange than mustard. Item very small, looks a lot larger on the photos online. Described as large but it is very small. Overpriced and very light weight. Poor quality. I was so disappointed when the rug arrived, but felt I couldn’t send it back due to the high price of returns. I had already paid for delivery, so not worth sending item back! Now still in the packaging and stored away. Waste of money, not as described and poor quality for the money.

The delivery was dreadful. The parcel was taken to the wrong address. Eventually making its way to a pick up point. So essentially I paid for a delivery which I had to pick up myself
