I think my item (vase) was a bit pricey for what it is, plus postage and although it was boxed, it was very grubby inside.

Good service but disappointing quality - the chair I ordered had 4 different faults and so I had to return it. On the plus-side the delivery company were fabulous! Really helpful and cheerful drivers.

I ordered a framed print - very happy with it. The 3 stars is because the packaging was ridiculous! It arrived in a box that was so large that my Grandchildren used it as a fort. Inside the large box was copious amounts of paper and large bubble wrap. Amongst all of that was the print…in another box! A nightmare to dispose of so much packaging and completely unnecessary.

Mirror was impossible to put onto the wall! Keyhole fixings were behind the mirror so getting them aligned and into the correct slot was no fun at all, thanks to some bodged DIY we got it on the wall as we’d scratched it so much we couldn’t return or sell!

The lamp I purchased was faulty but the customer service team were helpful with the return process- hence a *** review. If the lamp had been perfect, it would probably have been *****. I love G and G products!

Love the products but can't give any more than 3 stars due to the significantly different colour of the actual furniture vs that online. Although I acknowledge that colours may vary, the difference is worthy of mentioning and I believe more can be done by G&G to prevent this issue.

Pretty poor really. Wrong item sent, and it was very badly damaged (even though the packaging had not been damaged) Only got three stars because the lady I spoke to (Sam) in Customer Services was so friendly, kind and efficient, and I got the refund quite quickly.

Unfortunately my shelving unit was dented on delivery. Awaiting news on refund. Refund processed very quickly, service efficient.

Nice products but service and availability are disappointing. Waiting months and months for products and then having to pay separate shipping charges for them all is not ideal.

Great website, swift delivery, beautiful "fill your own" crackers - but missing ties, jokes and hats in some of them. Obviously didn't discover this until Christmas Eve when I was making them up.

I thought I was receiving products actually made by this company, I didn't realize they were an Emporium. The products were good. I specifically searched for glass baubles not sure what I received was glass?

Wasn't immediately obvious that there was no way to specify a different billing from delivery address till after the order was placed. I was trying to send a gift, but this didn't seem intuitive. Thankfully customer service updated my order to remove the invoice. Of the 5 items ordered, one was missing. Again, customer service were able to process a refund quickly.

I ordered 2 chairs. Two arrived a few weeks later. Sadly, one of them had a broken leg. So a 50% success rate.

Chest of drawers looks nice and was delivered quickly but disappointingly the drawers don’t have runners and are cut quite shallow so they easily fall out when pulled slightly.

The product - a Bath Caddy - is perfect and just what I wanted! Good quality. Sadly the packaging when sent with the post, was very poor. When the parcel arrived - the contents were half out! Luckily no damage to the bath caddy.

Very happy with the product BUT the service was average at best. I appreciate the COVID delays and the website states this could add approx 3 days to normal delivery times, however my delivery took 10 days. There was no explanation as to why this was and I had to chase via customer services to see what was going on, as I was worried it had got lost in transit. It would just be better to manage expectations from the start if delivery dates are to take longer than expected. In fairness G&G refunded the postage as acknowledgement of the delay, however a quicker service would've been preferable to the small refund.
