“The ceramic tissue box holder - design is great but the finish wasn’t good- lots of bubbles/ little pitted marks. Thought about sending it back as not great quality but I ran out of time and energy! On the plus side it arrived quickly and was well packed.”

“I love the outdoor mirror that I bought but it took 3 weeks to arrive. Given that I paid a significant amount for postage, such slow delivery was very disappointing and it would put me off buying from G&G again”

“Bought beautiful terracotta shelves but both arrived cracked - wanted them urgently so made no fuss. I wonder tho is G&G need to be more cautious in packing papier-mâché goods, given how expensive they are”

“one securing screw had fallen out but it was still in the package so I was able to secure it again. Other joints had to be tightened so that they wetre secure”

“I have a house full of Graham and Green products. It is my favourite store but this experience was not as positive as others. The website promises 3-5 day delivery on the bench I ordered. I needed it for the Saturday and ordered one full week before to ensure I received it in time. I had no email to say it had been dispatched so I called CS and was told it was on track and yet still no email until later in the week when I was then told it would be delivered on the following Monday. I had a conversation with your CS team who said there was nothing that they could do. Then the next morning I had another email from Parcelforce saying they would be delivering it that morning. So although I did eventually receive the bench I had by that time arranged to borrow a much bigger one for the Saturday. Very inconvenient and poor service.”

“I bought some seat pads for outdoor chairs, or so I thought. The picture shows 4 seat pads, the description takes about seat pads (plural) yet to my surprise I only received one seat pad. I therefore thought the item description and photos pretty misleading and pretty expensive as a set of 4 would cost nearly £200. In addition, they didn’t provide any postage labels so I had to pay for postage myself. I did get a refund quickly hence 3 stars otherwise it would have been lower”

“Just not much contact after almost 3k order and vvvvvv long - longer than thought possible lead time with no apology 26/05 RESPONSE TO G&G reply on here ... NB the order infact arrived in 6 weeks with two days notice. I have calculated that even the best case scenario- what I was TOLD by g and g meant arrival AFTER 14 weeks The sofa arrived after I had left the review - as I stated with only days notice Looked like they only responded quickly when I reviewed. I have since ordered again and AGAIN been given the exact same email . No date . No other contact so despite apologies - nothing has changed”

“I have been phoned three times since receiving my delivery in error by delivery drivers for Graham and Green who have been given my contact details for other customers deliveries at other addresses. Luckily I am honest and have told them they have the wrong person!!”

“The vase was sent but without the instruction booklet. I have asked G&G for a replacement but initially no joy. However, after going back to G&G they have now sourced the instruction booklet direct from the supplier and are sending it on. Much appreciated.”

“Products were brilliant, but the process of ordering into the warehouse/outlet wasn’t good. I was originally told it’d be available to collect on one day and it ended up being about 8 days after that. Really not quick customer service. I emailed to enquire about the order because it was taking so long and that wasn’t answered even after the 3 days turnaround. I think if you offer a collection from warehouse option either make it quicker or make it known it’ll take its time arriving.”

“Parcel came on time….gift was at bottom of box with paper on top of it, not wrapped around the gift, luckily it wasn’t damaged as it was only a Christmas lights necklace.I have actually sent it back for a refund as the lights that do light up are all red….not for me, although someone else may like the colour.The necklace itself looks fine, just wasn’t for me in the end.”

“A little disappointed in the lamp to be honest. From the photos on the website it isn’t clear that the inside of the lamp is white, not brass, which cheapens the look. I feel I could have got similar quality cheaper elsewhere. Didn’t want to return due to the cost.”

“Service was great but one of the mother-of-pearl handles broke the first time we used it so we had to return them. We got a refund with out any problem and so, again, I am very pleased with the service. If the handles could be redesigned to be stronger while still looking so pretty it would be great. There are a number of flaws in the design. One being that the strain on the handle is held by only a small element of metal and the second that the etched lines of the petals weakens the mother-of-pearl part, which is why it shattered on use. I would be confident in ordering from Graham and Green again.”
