I have a house full of Graham and Green products. It is my favourite store but this experience was not as positive as others. The website promises 3-5 day delivery on the bench I ordered. I needed it for the Saturday and ordered one full week before to ensure I received it in time. I had no email to say it had been dispatched so I called CS and was told it was on track and yet still no email until later in the week when I was then told it would be delivered on the following Monday. I had a conversation with your CS team who said there was nothing that they could do. Then the next morning I had another email from Parcelforce saying they would be delivering it that morning. So although I did eventually receive the bench I had by that time arranged to borrow a much bigger one for the Saturday. Very inconvenient and poor service.
