Service was great but one of the mother-of-pearl handles broke the first time we used it so we had to return them. We got a refund with out any problem and so, again, I am very pleased with the service. If the handles could be redesigned to be stronger while still looking so pretty it would be great. There are a number of flaws in the design. One being that the strain on the handle is held by only a small element of metal and the second that the etched lines of the petals weakens the mother-of-pearl part, which is why it shattered on use. I would be confident in ordering from Graham and Green again.
