“I bought the hare lamp from G&G which arrived quite quickly (5 working days). Unfortunately the base of the lamp was broken hence the 4 stars and not 5. It looked like it had been dropped in transit. I emailed customer service and followed up with a phone call as the lamp was a birthday present for my daughter the following week. I was told it would be replaced immediately and it should arrive in time. It arrived a day late but this time intact. I would order from G&G again as the product is good quality and as described, and the customer service was excellent with an email address and a phone number with a very helpful person on the other end. Overall a good buying experience.”

“Graham and Green products are different and generally well made and last long. I would like to see better reduced items, at affordable prices , with more competitions and also more items aimed at homes with lack of space .”

“We had a marble topped kitchen island which is sturdy and exactly what we expected. We think the island remains wrapped in cardboard in the warehouse, which is understandable to avoid damage, but due to the kind of cardboard used leaves a really very strong/acrid smell that hangs about for a week or two (or three?) after unwrapping. We are carefully wiping the wood with water/mild soap to try and address this. It does seem to be going though. Not a huge issue. The small wood and iron stool that goes with it is similarly well made but without the pong!”

“High quality, unusual additions to our home that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. We love the collections at G&G. There was an error in the description of one of our purchased items and although customer services were great at communicating, I did have to be extremely proactive and go back several times to get reasonable adjustment to the price I paid for the item and delivery. Paying attention to the detail, creates goodwill which goes a long way!”

“I liked the choices at Graham & Green and particularly the quirky and unusual items. I found P&P wasn’t great hence 4 stars, my order was dispatched in 2 separate boxes and I wasn’t notified of that. When the 1st one arrived with the invoice for both items I thought the courier had lost the bigger more expensive item. They hadn’t but they didn’t deliver it until a couple of days later. Also one octopus leg is shorter than the rest but after the delay and lots of other stuff I have going on, I didn’t have the energy to faff around returning it. There are more important things in life, than a wonky lamp 🙂”

“The Matilde quilt is truly beautiful: it is really soft, generous in size and has the prettiest of printed designs. I would have given 5 stars however, it cost me highly to return an unsuitable quilt, plus paying a delivery charge on the order.”

“I have always had a pretty good experience with Graham & Green. I find their products very unique and generally very premium. I was slightly disappointed with my last purchase as felt it didn't reflect the usual quality for the price paid so did sadly have to return the item. It won't put me off ordering in future but I may be slightly more skeptical. The returns process was straightforward and the customer service I received from Dan was very good.”

“I’ve always loved / rated this Co’s products, but the jute laundry basket I bought my partner needed airing before use to rid its smell (maybe it had been stored somewhere damp?). Otherwise his dirty laundry would’ve smelled fresher before going in!”

“Delivery was on time. Table looks elegant. It is top heavy as made of marble with a splayed wood base so this means it is very unstable on carpet. Did think about sending it back because of this but have put it on a marble slab. Seems to be ok on hard floor.”

“Beautiful jewel coloured embroidered velvet cushions. Unfortunately, however, within a couple of weeks feathers started poking through the inner pads - the pad covers must not be feather proof. I have had to order several pads with better quality covers elsewhere. G&G aesthetic is right up my street, however, as it has been for years, so I'm sure I'll go on buying from them.”
