“Love the products (great quality and looks) but not a fan of delivery service as it is inflexible.”

“Beautiful quality product and great delivery service. Only negative is that returns are expensive so I'm less likely to buy another piece of furniture again. Ability to be able to immediately return an item at the same time as it is delivered would be a helpful option if it meant no return cost, as I could instantly see that the furniture was too small as soon as it arrived.”

“I love this website. So many lovely and different things to look at. The sheepskin seat pads caught my eye and I bought a grey colour one for the stool in my bathroom. It looks fabulous and everyone comments on it. So I ordered a pink one for my desk chair. Unfortunately the finish isn’t as good as the grey one which I was disappointed at but I understand from the description that these cuts can differ so I kept it. Had I been in the actual shop I wouldn’t have chosen this particular seat pad but one with a better finish.”

“Graham and Green were excellent. The delivery company they use however was not and although they gave me two dates when they were to deliver, the package never appeared. When I contacted Graham and Green I recieved two charming emails and they followed up my package. Unfortunately it had become lost in the depot so they sent a replacement which arrived within two days. I have brought several items from them in the past as they have really delightful and unusual things. I also love their catalogue.”

“The advent box is lovely however a couple of characters were broken however easily fixed with glue. I would have expected it not to be broken. Suggest rethink packaging.”
