“Normally would give a 5 star review but this time I ordered cushions a that were advertised to come with cushion pads (I had checked before ordering) they came without and with no notice or explanation why they weren’t included, I had to call and enquire why, was part refunded very quickly, just an issue that could have been entirely avoided. Also the discount code was listed differently on emails and the main page to the checkout.”

“Hello. I like your style very much, just a bit expensive. Only thing I bought the pineapple lamp but it is too shiny for me, nice but too golden. In the picture it looked less shiny. For the rest, delivery was fine. I hope I will be able to buy more from you in the future. The bamboo and rattan collections are great!! Regards”

“I loved the Laguna chair that we got from G&G, it came well packaged - however there was a bit of the rattan which had come unwound near the leg. Not a big issue, something I can fix quickly with a bit of glue - definitely not spoiling the beauty of the handmade piece!”

“Ordered item took around 7 days to arrive, possibly due to postal strikes so a little longer than I had anticipated. tacker received when despatched and regular updates. Item well wrapped and very happy with it.”

“Great product and quick delivery. Only reason I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars is due to unnecessary amount of packaging! I receive a huge cardboard box, with a smaller one inside, brown paper and polystyrene. It wasn’t very eco-friendly and was a nightmare to dispose of.”

“I absolutely love my new mother of pearl drawer handles. Great quality and I will be buying things from you again. (The only reason for dropping a star is because I felt the delivery charge was high for what I was buying, and the box they came in was huge compared to the size of product)”

“You need to rethink your choice of courier - parcel force are shambolic and lie! I was in the entire day when they said they first tried to deliver - they didn’t even knock on the door and left a card instead saying they would deliver the next day - two days later they came and practically ran away with the parcel again - barely giving me time to reach the door - if I’d had mobility problems I’d still be trying to get this parcel delivered. Unfortunately It really affected my view of shopping with you. Nice products tho!”
