“Very pleased with my magazine rack. It isn’t that big but fits in well in my lounge and holds enough magazines/papers for the purpose that I ordered it for.”

“Great - delivered as promised and in good condition. Despite delivery form saying the item would be unpacked and packaging removed this did not happen. Not a big problem but action should match the note.”

“Neat patio log burner Sadly arrived with the chimney cap bent but did not return as it doesn’t affect performance. It would be great if there was a cover that could be purchased alongside as I’ve trawled the internet to find something suitable”

“Service was great and the lights I purchased are lovely but the poles aren’t strong enough.Two of the ground stakes snapped when I put them in the ground, and the flower heads are very heavy so they really needed to maybe have a metal stake for the lights to last more than a season (which I hope they do for the price they are).”

“The lamp shades themselves are beautiful and as described. I was anxious when the box arrived as it was so badly battered and torn I felt compelled to photograph it in case the contents were damaged - thankfully they were not! Sturdier packaging and FRAGILE labelling would not go amiss - but I am very happy with the shades themselves.”

“This is a beautiful product and Graham and Greene are great to deal with . My only criticism of the lamps I bought is a seemingly unnecessary safety feature to lock in the bulb when you fit it. Even my electrician couldn’t figure it out and the light wouldnt work properly. Didnt see any proper instructions for this - just a mention of a safety feature. Otherwise all good now”

“We are very pleased with the mirror we ordered and it fits perfectly in the place we chose for it. Getting there was a bit frustrating as the first one was cracked on arrival. Confusion with the delivery firm on picking up the broken one, but no issue at all with G and G regarding replacement, just that using a ‘specialist’ delivery firm means it takes a bit of time between ordering and delivery, in this case literally twice as long. Trust that our bad luck is transient and forgettable, not the seven year variety. All will be forgotten as the mirror is spot on.”
