“Lovely attractive design but not very comfortable if you are not tall as my feet won’t touch the floor causing the wood frame to push into the back of my legs. It will look good in the living room for guests but it was meant to be a statement piece in the bedroom but comfort is a must rather than just the beautiful style.”

“I shopped at G&G online recently for the first time. Their products are very nice & seem to be good quality, however, as a resident of the Republic of Ireland, the purchases turned out to be prohibitively expensive by the time i paid VAT. The items were already on the expensive side but when the tax is added on, it is just too much. I wont be able to shop online with them again because of this :( I wish G&G had a store in the R.o.I.!”

“Product was a gift and she was very happy with the product. Product 5⭐️ Packaging gets 4⭐️ No plastic was amazing but the box was unnecessarily big which was a waste of cardboard and was massively inconvenient to carry, get in the car etc.”

“I bought items back in January. I have no complaint. I knew what I had ordered so there were no surprises, they were appropriately wrapped and delivered as advised. I like the merchandise and when necessary will definitely refer to the web site again.”

“I ordered the photo frame as a gift for my cousin. Parcelforce delivered to her when she was at home but they did not ring the bell or knock and just took the parcel to her local post office leaving no card as to where it was. Your Oliver did a very good job tracing where the parcel was and keeping me informed. But I had to do two visits to her local post office before the parcel was released to me. I had to take TWO passport or driving lic3nce IDs ( hers and mine). She is a young mum with babies so I didn’t want her to have the bother of going to the Post office herself when it was my gift. So a very nice and loving act turned into a real pain. She loves the gift.”

“I would have given a 5 star however the original item I ordered online wasn’t particularly well packaged and therefore was smashed in transit. The customer service was fantastic and a replacement item was sent out immediately, this time really well packaged. A really good quality item, would definitely use again.”

“Superb customer service. I made an error on my order by not applying a discount code and forgetting to add a product to my basket. A real person at the end of the phone with no queue. The cushions are nice but the quality of the velvet is not as good as I’d imagined but the colours are fab and they brighten up kitchen chairs and cheer me up.”

“Beautiful glasses! Order some cocktail glasses for a birthday present. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately the glasses weren’t wrapped well and one was broken. Customer service were very helpful and efficient and dispatched a replacement as soon as one was in stock. This time the glass was wrapped extremely well. I would definitely order again.”
