“Lovely shape and size, the gold colour is slightly more bronze than I expected but not a deal breaker”

“Although in principal I am pleased with my purchase from Graham & Green, I am extremely disappointed to find, on unpacking the sofa, I have been sent 2 x left corners! On phoning to report the error, the telephone assistant, despite appearing to be helpful, at no time offered me an apology for the error, and total inconvenience. I have now had to re pack the whole sofa, await collection, and then I will wait again for a re delivery of the replacement. I’m almost certainly looking at another month, or more, before this situation gets resolved! I cannot fault the delivery company though, polite, friendly and on time. Hopefully, I will ultimately love the new patio furniture.”

“Lovely colourful glasses from Pols Potten. I have given them 4 stars as I had thought they would be larger. I have the the Peony glasses from the same company and expected them to be the same size. The service and delivery from Graham and Green was first class.”

“I bought a velvet footstool, although beautiful it did not suit the space, so I returned it. I had no problems in purchasing online it came quickly and was packaged well and returning it was also easy and stress free.”

“I ordered a large velvet cushion which arrived damaged. Graham and Green responded swiftly, despatching a replacement with no demands to return the faulty cushion - a gesture I really appreciate. The new cushion is lovely and I will return for further purchases.”

“Great item, exactly what I wanted. Really good quality. Delivery costs were excessive and I still had to pay for their obligatory premium service which is meant to include set up and taking away of packaging — of course this isn't allowed due to covid, but no reduction in delivery fees which were £48 for just two tiny side tables. Its a shame because it will put me off ordering in the future.”
