“Bought a lovely lamp which wasnt packaged well & damaged when unpacked. I rung immediately & it was resolved quickly & efficiently with a new one within a few days .”

“It would have been five stars but the packaging was way too much. It came in a box that Amazon would have been proud of. Please think of the planet. Apart from that, the orders and service were very good.”

“Fantastic service. I purchased my first order with Graham and Green but unfortunately when my parcel arrived two of the items had been broken. In my opinion they hadn’t been wrapped properly and needed much more protection. However, I called them and they were very apologetic and quickly sent me two new well protected replacements. Would def order again.”

“Graham and Green’s products are always of high standard and I would recommend to all. The only issue I had was that I did note receive the confirmation email and was unsure whether the order had gone through until the message was sent from the courier.”

“Ordered two items - a chair and a mirror. Service was good. Items arrived quickly but came in two separate deliveries in consecutive days. A combined delivery would perhaps provide more convenient customer service and be more eco friendly?!”

“They have beautiful products including two candle stands bought as a present. Unfortunately the neon-coloured candles featured in product picture were not available -awaiting delivery. So disappointing!”

“Very happy with product purchased. Customer services were a bit hit and miss. The website is a little shambolic but the lady I spoke to said she would follow up and she did and was very kind about it but even then I wasn't instilled with confidence. Been buying for a few years here now and no overall complaints. You get what you need in the end.”
