“Really happy to recommend Graham and Green. Lovely quirky products, good communication, good packaging & speedy shipping. I've made a few orders with them (having discovered them during lockdown !) & hope to continue to do so. The only issue I have is the shipping cost (£15 to Ireland) which I feel is rather steep.”

“You guys are great; unfortunately Parcelforce/farce have been awful. I have absolutely no personal proof they ever came anywhere near my front door to attempt delivery. Their online report seems to be a work of fiction. I have received nothing from them in text, e-mail or even a ‘card through my door’ form.”

“Very easy to order, items dispatched and packed very well. Would have been Five stars but for the Product - hanging shelf/bracket - generally of good good quality, however was fitted with metal serrated hanging bracket (very sharp!) which needed to be removed as otherwise the shelf did not sit flat on the wall, the hanging bracket serrations were not big enough to hold a screw firmly which meant it tipped downwards, not good for a shelf! Once this was removed I was very happy with the product. Someone should have tried putting one up in the shop!”

“I love the product and chose it to go with a very specific colour palette. A little on the pricey side but could not find anything the right colour elsewhere. Perhaps this is a symptom of buying from outside of London at London prices?? Service was good.”

“Unfortunately when I received my item it was broken. However, when I rang to report this the gentleman I spoke to was great, very helpful and apologetic. I had a replacement delivered to work the next day!”

“I do love the site but it's frustrating how so many things are out of stock and only sometimes it shows when they are returning. If it is out of stock with no plans to restock - remove it from the site!”

“Service fine as usual but the packing was way over the top! Exhausted by the time I had unwrapped it all and assembled it .... then I was left with a mountain of cardboard, paper, etc☹️”
