You guys are great; unfortunately Parcelforce/farce have been awful. I have absolutely no personal proof they ever came anywhere near my front door to attempt delivery. Their online report seems to be a work of fiction. I have received nothing from them in text, e-mail or even a ‘card through my door’ form.
