“Very happy with my velvet chair that I went to see in store at Bayswater, ordered on line and was quickly available for delivery. I was moving flats so they held delivery for a week. The delivery service was excellent, fully unwrapped and efficiently delivered with mask in covid times. Chair is very comfortable and as expected and arrived in perfect condition.”

“Some products are over priced - I understand the larger pieces of furniture, but some of the products, eg lampshades seem over priced. Love design and style and webiste easy to naivgate.”

“The speed of delivery was good however the quality of the item was not. I was so disappointed in what was supposed to be an eye catching decoration, I contacted the company to ask to return it and receive a refund. Their customer service went above and beyond so even though I received an item that was below par, they couldn't have been more helpful! I would definitely use them again.”

“The milk jug & sugar bowl arrived prompt and well packaged. Although the milk jug had a very rough piece of cardboard around it.The jug is a xmas present so I was a bit disapointed when I was unable to use the box before wrapping.”
