Very happy with my velvet chair that I went to see in store at Bayswater, ordered on line and was quickly available for delivery. I was moving flats so they held delivery for a week. The delivery service was excellent, fully unwrapped and efficiently delivered with mask in covid times. Chair is very comfortable and as expected and arrived in perfect condition.
