“I love my bright pink embroidered cushions. They stand out on my sofa and give it a real pop of colour They’re definitely a cut above the ones I usually see with their beautiful embroidery. Good quality, very happy.”

“Two items ordered as part of Christmas presents for our daughter's, the items, a frog and a peanut, were larger than I expected, and both look very good quality, but I'm unable to say as yet how the recipients viewed them, but pretty sure they'll be pleased.”

“Bought double sheepskin rug…love it, absolutely what I wanted but I’m disappointed as I downloaded the promo code welcome10 and I missed the opportunity to add it at checkout …it was not obvious and I overlooked it…and then of course I missed the Black Friday discount as I ordered the day before…so doubly annoyed…I think it’s because I was not looking for BF deals but looking for something I really wanted! G&G service and prompt delivery good , was shocked that the delivery driver just lobbed the parcel over the garden fence though…good job not fragile!”

“Very pleasant and courteous service from the staff. Wonderful quirky yet quality home furnishings at a reaonable but not cheap price. However, I have found that the delivery charges are rather expensive, especially for regular customers. At least DPD is used, somewhat more reliable than their competitors, although not perfect.”

“The Fosse range of wall hooks, towel rail and ring and gorgeous and elevate the whole bathroom. They complement the new fluted furniture beautifully. We're still waiting for the matching toilet roll holder to complete the look, hence 4*.”

“I have been a customer of GTech for many years and their products are always excellent. On the one occasion where I had a problem ( lawn mowwer) the part was replaced immediately and without question”

“I'm mostly happy with my purchases, and one reason I shop with you is the option of delivery to room of choice with unpacking and assembly which we pay for. However, I find it most annoying that your delivery people always try to do the minimum refusing to unpack or to put the item together. I therefore always have to remind them that this service is already promised to us and we pay for it, but they don't accept this and I've to threaten to not accept the delivery and get into an uncomfortable argument in order to get the delivery done. Why do they try us every time assuming we are old or stupid and will let them get away with it. It does put me off shopping specially for larger items.”

“Beautiful bone photo frame. Looks different and expensive. Love it. Hassle free ordering and recieved order by courier 1 day later than email said. I believe that to be the fault of the courier.”

“I bought the cream sherpa blanket for my living room, the two sided colours are great and the blanket seems a good quality. I would have liked a bigger size but it is adequate. A bit more expensive than I wanted to pay but overall I'm happy with it and of ot washes well I will probably purchase another one.”

“I bought a cloud mobile for a baby shower gift, and when it arrived, one of the strings was broken. I emailed Graham and Green customer service straight away, and I received a swift reply to say they would send a replacement asap. That arrived within a couple of days and was perfect. The recipient was very happy with her mobile and it looks great in the nursery.”
