“The item I ordered arrived broken. I contacted Graham and Green and after I sent them pictures, they arranged for the item to be collected and another one delivered, without any problem nor lengthy delay.”

“Fabulous item, as ever. Good quality and super fit for purpose - stylish too. However, the cost of delivery was relatively disproportionate to the size and cost of the item. That’s the only reason for not giving 5*”

“Updated: The company sent a sincere apology and some compensation which I’m very satisfied to see - thank you! Cancelled delivery on the morning I was expecting it as they hadn’t delivered to the courier. I’d planned my day around it.”

“Really like the whale tail hook which is very good quality. The reason I have not given 5 stars is that it came without screws and it's difficult and expensive to find pewter screws.”

“When DPD made the delivery difficult to receive, one aspect being they claimed to have attempted a delivery but the doorbell camera showed they never called, the lady in customer services was very helpful and suggested a solution which worked.”

“I collected my item from the warehouse where the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d give the staff 5 stars. The after sales email updates prior to collecting seemed very well organised and informative. However, the address and postcode on the emails takes you to the opposite side, of the big warehouse, to where the actual entrance and parking for customer collections is. There is a handwritten note on the back door telling you to go round to the front of the building but this is too small to see unless you’ve parked and approached the door by foot. I had a large item to collect and it would have been be too far to walk around the outside of the premises. The after sales service would have been spot on, if the email communications had explained and given more details about finding them. Maybe giving the address and postcode for the customer collections side of the building would work better.”
