“I will use Graham & Green when searching for more exclusive gifts. I find prices can be a little expensive, although guess this is attributed to the unique items, despite being manufactured in a country where the labour costs and materials are comparatively priced.”

“I ordered a sheepskin rug but unfortunately I had to return it as the colour and size did not match my vision. Customer service was very pleasant when enquiring on returns process as I could not find the info on the website. I do think £6.95 is a bit pricey to return goods. Good quality products but will probably only buy when there is a sale as I feel the products are overpriced.”

“The mirror is nice but the website states that items will be removed from the packaging (which will then be taken away), but that wasn’t the case. I was asked to sign to confirm no damage to my delivery whilst it was still hidden in the box. The delivery driver was annoyed when I asked if I could unbox it myself before signing and begrudgingly whipped out a Stanley knife whilst repeatedly saying “it’s not allowed, I shouldn’t be opening it for you.””

“I’ve bought a few items over the last few months, my latest a mirror wasn’t suitable for what we wanted, so after paying £30 for the delivery and after speaking to an unhelpful lady , I’ve now got to pay £30 to send it back ? So it’s cost me £60 and I’ve still not got a mirror, I think the delivery charges need revisiting!”

Sadly we are unable to swallow the costs of unwanted returns like some larger companies, so if you do wish to use our collection service, there is an associated cost with this, which we outline fully on our website. “Very prompt service, sooner than expected! The items, which were cupboard knobs are just as described. Pleased with that. Only reason I have not given 5 stars is that I had a discount code which didn't work, I spoke to a someone who gave me another code, but I honestly could not see whether that worked or not, a bit confusing!”

“Nice sturdy fold up chairs. Dont quite know why I had to pay extra for "weathering" as theyll be weathered next year just by being out.”

“I bought the loveliest pair of dog bookends for my daughter. I do recommend them. The paint had chipped in a couple of places but I used enamel and covered it easily. If she doesn’t like them, I’ll have them!”

“The metal bedside tables with one draw look fantastic but the draw is very noisy when you open it as it is metal to metal as it slides so not good to open in the night so a bit disapointed”
