I ordered a sheepskin rug but unfortunately I had to return it as the colour and size did not match my vision. Customer service was very pleasant when enquiring on returns process as I could not find the info on the website. I do think £6.95 is a bit pricey to return goods. Good quality products but will probably only buy when there is a sale as I feel the products are overpriced.
