I bought a cloud mobile for a baby shower gift, and when it arrived, one of the strings was broken. I emailed Graham and Green customer service straight away, and I received a swift reply to say they would send a replacement asap. That arrived within a couple of days and was perfect. The recipient was very happy with her mobile and it looks great in the nursery.
