Very easy to order, items dispatched and packed very well. Would have been Five stars but for the Product - hanging shelf/bracket - generally of good good quality, however was fitted with metal serrated hanging bracket (very sharp!) which needed to be removed as otherwise the shelf did not sit flat on the wall, the hanging bracket serrations were not big enough to hold a screw firmly which meant it tipped downwards, not good for a shelf! Once this was removed I was very happy with the product. Someone should have tried putting one up in the shop!
