Very happy with product purchased. Customer services were a bit hit and miss. The website is a little shambolic but the lady I spoke to said she would follow up and she did and was very kind about it but even then I wasn't instilled with confidence. Been buying for a few years here now and no overall complaints. You get what you need in the end.
