Although in principal I am pleased with my purchase from Graham & Green, I am extremely disappointed to find, on unpacking the sofa, I have been sent 2 x left corners! On phoning to report the error, the telephone assistant, despite appearing to be helpful, at no time offered me an apology for the error, and total inconvenience. I have now had to re pack the whole sofa, await collection, and then I will wait again for a re delivery of the replacement. I’m almost certainly looking at another month, or more, before this situation gets resolved! I cannot fault the delivery company though, polite, friendly and on time. Hopefully, I will ultimately love the new patio furniture.
