“Updated: The company sent a sincere apology and some compensation which I’m very satisfied to see - thank you! Cancelled delivery on the morning I was expecting it as they hadn’t delivered to the courier. I’d planned my day around it.”

“Graham and Green were excellent. The delivery company they use however was not and although they gave me two dates when they were to deliver, the package never appeared. When I contacted Graham and Green I recieved two charming emails and they followed up my package. Unfortunately it had become lost in the depot so they sent a replacement which arrived within two days. I have brought several items from them in the past as they have really delightful and unusual things. I also love their catalogue.”

“You need to rethink your choice of courier - parcel force are shambolic and lie! I was in the entire day when they said they first tried to deliver - they didn’t even knock on the door and left a card instead saying they would deliver the next day - two days later they came and practically ran away with the parcel again - barely giving me time to reach the door - if I’d had mobility problems I’d still be trying to get this parcel delivered. Unfortunately It really affected my view of shopping with you. Nice products tho!”

“I purchased a burnt orange throw which is absolutely lovely. The quality is very good and I am relatively happy with my purchase. My only critique would be that I wish that the throw was slightly longer. I would recommend visiting the shop. I was assisted by two lovely ladies .. marvellous place. Will definitely visit again.”

“Really happy to recommend Graham and Green. Lovely quirky products, good communication, good packaging & speedy shipping. I've made a few orders with them (having discovered them during lockdown !) & hope to continue to do so. The only issue I have is the shipping cost (£15 to Ireland) which I feel is rather steep.”

“I bought a lamp with a giant hare hiding behind the shade. Absolutely love it but there is a very small problem with the fixing meaning the ears don't line up with the body perfectly. Such a small detail that I decided to keep it rather than go to the trouble of returning it. It does look great.”

“Easy company to work with. Quick delivery. I was disappointed by the inner cushion as I didn't realise it was a man-made pad and it doesn't feel as good as the actual cushion cover.”

“Service was great and the lights I purchased are lovely but the poles aren’t strong enough.Two of the ground stakes snapped when I put them in the ground, and the flower heads are very heavy so they really needed to maybe have a metal stake for the lights to last more than a season (which I hope they do for the price they are).”

“Really like the whale tail hook which is very good quality. The reason I have not given 5 stars is that it came without screws and it's difficult and expensive to find pewter screws.”
