You need to rethink your choice of courier - parcel force are shambolic and lie! I was in the entire day when they said they first tried to deliver - they didn’t even knock on the door and left a card instead saying they would deliver the next day - two days later they came and practically ran away with the parcel again - barely giving me time to reach the door - if I’d had mobility problems I’d still be trying to get this parcel delivered. Unfortunately It really affected my view of shopping with you. Nice products tho!
