Graham and Green were excellent. The delivery company they use however was not and although they gave me two dates when they were to deliver, the package never appeared. When I contacted Graham and Green I recieved two charming emails and they followed up my package. Unfortunately it had become lost in the depot so they sent a replacement which arrived within two days. I have brought several items from them in the past as they have really delightful and unusual things. I also love their catalogue.
