Beautiful quality product and great delivery service. Only negative is that returns are expensive so I'm less likely to buy another piece of furniture again. Ability to be able to immediately return an item at the same time as it is delivered would be a helpful option if it meant no return cost, as I could instantly see that the furniture was too small as soon as it arrived.
