I have always had a pretty good experience with Graham & Green. I find their products very unique and generally very premium. I was slightly disappointed with my last purchase as felt it didn't reflect the usual quality for the price paid so did sadly have to return the item. It won't put me off ordering in future but I may be slightly more skeptical.
The returns process was straightforward and the customer service I received from Dan was very good.
