I bought the hare lamp from G&G which arrived quite quickly (5 working days). Unfortunately the base of the lamp was broken hence the 4 stars and not 5. It looked like it had been dropped in transit. I emailed customer service and followed up with a phone call as the lamp was a birthday present for my daughter the following week. I was told it would be replaced immediately and it should arrive in time. It arrived a day late but this time intact. I would order from G&G again as the product is good quality and as described, and the customer service was excellent with an email address and a phone number with a very helpful person on the other end. Overall a good buying experience.
