I’m still awaiting delivery of my chair. The issue lies with the delivery company. Poor communication; they will ask for your preferred dates and then offer something completely different and at times not conducive to a working day. I’m hoping that third time lucky, I’ll be offered a suitable slot. I contacted Graham & Green about the issue; the lady I spoke to was very pleasant but did not offer a solution.
