I bought a shelf from graham and green but it did not come with any way to fix it to the wall. I have been to multiple hardware shops around where I live and no where has anything appropriate to use. Quite disappointing as I have no way to put this shelf on my wall.

I ordered a mirror off the website and was sent the wrong one. Emailed to say this (with screenshots of what I expecting etc) and they apologised and sent me the same (wrong) one. Emailed to say they’d sent me the wrong one twice and they said they’d talk to the warehouse. Then I got an email confirming that they’d matched the wrong photos with the product codes on the website so I had received the correct one?? but that’s not what I ordered?? Confusing communication and not helpful.

Mirror arrives smashed to pieces. Absolutely no attempt had been made to protect and package the item. I contacted them and in fairness they refunded me immediately and the lady I spoke too at the time didn't sound too surprised at the condition it arrived in. Even if it had arrived in tact I think I still would've sent back. Definitely not a premium product. Felt like cheap mass produced stuff from China, definitely not what I had expected given the prices. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Ordered by goods 10 days ago and after chasing the order I now have to wait for another week for the delivery firm to contact me with a delivery slot. Poor service indeed, I will most definitely think twice before I order from them again.

Had to pick item up from post office after paying £6 for delivery which was apparently attempted twice (no card left either time). Had to ring to organise delivery to a local post office. Finally picked up item and nothing like the picture. It was badly wonky and the shelf was useless as unable to hold anything. This is actually false advertising. Had to contact customer services again who stated all possible replacements were also wonky. How hard is it to measure and drill a hole reasonably level? Offered for item to be sent back free of charge at least but just can’t be bothered. Judging by the delivery shocking experience I didn’t even try to get item collected. Huge huge shame as item in the photo looked really quirky and just what I was looking for. Reality was shockingly different!

Hi, can I just say I love your store and have bought much in the past. however I bought 3 crackers with chocolate buttons inside - one 1 gave as part of a thank you for having me to lunch gift. They were opened and they were covered in bloom ( which is not unusual with chocolate) but tasted of cheap chocolate.I think fewer buttons but of good quality might be better. It was my mistake, I should have checked beforehand. I am however very impressed with G&G's customer service which has been excellent !

I have had the solar lights outside for three nights now. I have the solar part connected correctly and the solar panel in a space that can easily catch light. I have two similar products that effectively catch the light via solar nearby. So far zero illumination. I am really disappointed.

I spent £553 on a piece of furniture that was delivered (19.4.21) with a big chip out of one of its feet. Luckily I checked it there and then and sent it straight back with the couriers. They took a photo and so did I. Spoke to a customer service advisor straight away who advised me that my refund would be processed by the end of that week. 27.4.21 - one week on and no sign of a refund. Spoke to the same “customer service” advisor again via telephone who said the furniture had not yet been returned back to you. No mention of this on 19.4.21. Unsure of why you have taken £553 of my money (and a hefty delivery charge included) and over a week later you still have it and no communication. No apology, nothing!!! You have asked for my review of your company so now you have it! Needless to say I will not order from you again. Which is a real shame as Katie who I spoke to initially was very lovely and helpful.

Apparently my parcel has been delivered but it’s not there! Now we are trying to track it down. Not a wise decision using Parcelforce. They are terribly unreliable.

Awful first delivery of floor lamp arrived damaged then second delivery also damaged and to add insult the collection didn’t turn up for 2nd lamp after waiting home all day. It’s now being collected on Monday so another day of waiting home before I can get a refund on my broken purchase. Not happy with this service at all.

It's a shame to leave such few stars, as the chairs themselves are beautiful, however the service that I received was not reflective of the high quality and price point of these dining chairs. I ordered four of the chairs, which unfortunately are sent by ParcelForce. Firstly, the couriers are useless, and are unable to phone you via a contact number when they arrive, meaning that delivery had to be reattempted many times before it was successful. I even gave ParcelForce delivery instructions stating the passcode to enter my gate, however these were ignored. When the chairs did eventually arrive, two out of the four were damaged, likely due to them being far too large and heavy for a single courier in a regular van. The courier was unable to even lift the box from the van alone, and had to get me to help him. G&G did send me a replacement pair of chairs, however one of these was also broken, and so a third replacement had to be sent again. Combined with the fact that ParcelForce’s attempts at delivery and collection of the broken chairs were rarely successful, this meant that I had to wait far longer than I’d expected to get the four dining chairs that I’d wanted. It’s not the level of service that I would expect from a high-end furniture company, for dining chairs costing almost £200 each, and was very disappointing. This experience has sadly put me off ordering large items from G&G again, and if you do order these beautiful chairs, then please prepare for them to be delivered broken, by couriers who do not know what they’re doing.

I ordered 5 items, 2 of which were faulty. G&G refunded one (couldn’t offer a replacement) and sent a replacement for the other which also turned out to be faulty. Returns take weeks as you need to wait for their logistics providers to assign a slot to pick up faulty items, and then several weeks longer for a refund to be issued. I’m still hundreds of pounds out of pocket following my order in November last year. I won’t order from G&G again.
