Unfortunately the Hudson kitchen island was far too heavy and cumbersome for the 2 man crew who delivered it.They were surprised that 4 men had not been allocated to the job. The worktop in particular is extremely heavy. At the moment it has been left in the sitting room until a new 4.man team which l have organized arrives to move it.

The order still hasn't arrived - so wasn't In time for Xmas stockings which was very disappointing as I normally rate the company and the customer service - and in spite of chasing for feedback, haven't heard anything to date.

Ordered a draught excluder which broke on day 2. Whilst I have been given a full refund, I am left with an unsatisfactory, broken item - I’ll have to find a way of disposing of it myself and go through the hassle of selecting a new one and waiting for it to be delivered.

I ordered 3 Fennel garden lights . Arrived promptly but all 3 were damaged and not working. Then I ordered the ‘Christmas Tree Light’ at £75 ,this too arrived promptly but again was damaged and unusable . I found the identical products on another website for 2/3 the price, they arrived promptly and undamaged. Only positive was that communication with Graham and Green was quick and efficient but still a lot of my time wasted waiting in for delivery and then collection.

Very disappointed. Maybe we were unfortunate but the quality of the item we ordered was shocking...who would want a wonky mirror???

It's a shame to leave such few stars, as the chairs themselves are beautiful, however the service that I received was not reflective of the high quality and price point of these dining chairs. I ordered four of the chairs, which unfortunately are sent by ParcelForce. Firstly, the couriers are useless, and are unable to phone you via a contact number when they arrive, meaning that delivery had to be reattempted many times before it was successful. I even gave ParcelForce delivery instructions stating the passcode to enter my gate, however these were ignored. When the chairs did eventually arrive, two out of the four were damaged, likely due to them being far too large and heavy for a single courier in a regular van. The courier was unable to even lift the box from the van alone, and had to get me to help him. G&G did send me a replacement pair of chairs, however one of these was also broken, and so a third replacement had to be sent again. Combined with the fact that ParcelForce’s attempts at delivery and collection of the broken chairs were rarely successful, this meant that I had to wait far longer than I’d expected to get the four dining chairs that I’d wanted. It’s not the level of service that I would expect from a high-end furniture company, for dining chairs costing almost £200 each, and was very disappointing. This experience has sadly put me off ordering large items from G&G again, and if you do order these beautiful chairs, then please prepare for them to be delivered broken, by couriers who do not know what they’re doing.

Really cheep goods arrived in 2 separate boxes misleading website images Not at all satisfied with having to pay £10 a box to return Won’t be shopping here again

I spent £553 on a piece of furniture that was delivered (19.4.21) with a big chip out of one of its feet. Luckily I checked it there and then and sent it straight back with the couriers. They took a photo and so did I. Spoke to a customer service advisor straight away who advised me that my refund would be processed by the end of that week. 27.4.21 - one week on and no sign of a refund. Spoke to the same “customer service” advisor again via telephone who said the furniture had not yet been returned back to you. No mention of this on 19.4.21. Unsure of why you have taken £553 of my money (and a hefty delivery charge included) and over a week later you still have it and no communication. No apology, nothing!!! You have asked for my review of your company so now you have it! Needless to say I will not order from you again. Which is a real shame as Katie who I spoke to initially was very lovely and helpful.

Poor quality vase. Made in China, which was disappointing considering how expensive it was. Am still waiting for refund.

I ordered 6 wine glasses and when they arrived 2 were completely smashed. Later that day after I contacted them and they said it was difficult to send glasses out, but rest assured they would send out replacements. Later that day I went to wash the glasses and the bottom fell of another one. I am now left with 3 glasses out of 6 and the replacement glasses have never arrived. Very bad. Won’t use them again

I ordered 5 items, 2 of which were faulty. G&G refunded one (couldn’t offer a replacement) and sent a replacement for the other which also turned out to be faulty. Returns take weeks as you need to wait for their logistics providers to assign a slot to pick up faulty items, and then several weeks longer for a refund to be issued. I’m still hundreds of pounds out of pocket following my order in November last year. I won’t order from G&G again.

The order didn’t arrive the first time - over £500 worth of goods - I had to chase them and seems the order was lost. One item had then sold out so the customer service lady had to resend the order minus that item. When the 2nd order finally arrived the Hare lamp and a plant pot had both completely smashed in transit - on inspection there was barely any packaging to protect them so not surprised. After the first order never turned up I asked for a gesture of goodwill for such an expensive order and nothing was given. Still waiting for my goods ! Absolutely disgusting treatment - shame on you Graham & Green.

Items are nice, but not as nice as I wanted and cost to return was not worth it. Shipping costs to NI absolutely absurd.

I have purchased items from Graham and Green in the past, but the item that was delivered was of disappointing and poor quality. It was not what I tend to expect from Graham and Green. Further, I then had to pay a £6.95 returns fee for delivery.
