Item arrived badly damaged on 1st Nov. Carefully packed so not damaged in transit, left warehouse faulty. I sent email with photos and had acknowledgement to say someone will contact me within 3 days. No response so contacted customer services again on 7th Nov. Agent organised collection of defective item. Now waiting for replacement as item out of stock.
