Item arrived damaged and in poor condition.
Was promised collection of the damaged item for a week with 4 pick up no shows where I stayed in having to change the time of my child’s bursary pick up. Still waiting now for the damaged item to be collected a month later and that’s just to get the refund process started.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever endured.
