Don't even attempt to exchange or return anything. I've been dealing with trying to exchange a product for over 2 months now. It's insane. The pick up dates never get respected, and always an issue with delivery. I've had dozens of emails back and forth with their CS team and over 2 months later this is still not sorted. This on top of the fact that they made me pay some weird non-transparent fee related to some credit I'd used, despite me using fair credit I'd earner and paying the full price. I paid it just because I'm sick of dealing with it and want to get it over with, but it's so unclear and confusing. This process has been terrible and I doubt I will buy anything major again.
