“Delivery was speedy but the table was not very good quality. The piece of glass did not fit in the frame of the table and we had to get someone in to fix this.”

“The 6 wine glasses were so poorly wrapped that every single one was smashed or chipped. They replied to my email expressing regret (“I am sorry to hear...”) and asking for photos; and then sent me a replacement, properly wrapped. So I got what I wanted, a week later than I should have. I was just left staggered that they would trash their own merchandise like that, it was such a shame, yet the email implied no surprise.”

“Ordered a chair and foot stool for delivery before Christmas. This has now been delayed until mid-January the only communication being a very poor email. Would have expected more.”
