“I bought the hare lamp from G&G which arrived quite quickly (5 working days). Unfortunately the base of the lamp was broken hence the 4 stars and not 5. It looked like it had been dropped in transit. I emailed customer service and followed up with a phone call as the lamp was a birthday present for my daughter the following week. I was told it would be replaced immediately and it should arrive in time. It arrived a day late but this time intact. I would order from G&G again as the product is good quality and as described, and the customer service was excellent with an email address and a phone number with a very helpful person on the other end. Overall a good buying experience.”

“I have been shopping with Graham & Green over the past few years. There is always a great choice of products that are just a little bit different from the usual stuff on the high street, very good quality and well priced. “Chimenea/pizza oven is beautiful. However, we have found not much heat comes from it. We were cold huddled around it. Not sure if we're doing something wrong? Also, the pizza sticks to the bricks, even after hours of letting it heat up.”

However, we’re sorry to learn that it hasn’t been heating as you expected and that the pizza is sticking. This can sometimes happen if the oven hasn’t reached the right temperature, so our suppliers have advised changing the type of fuel you are burning, to ensure it gets hot enough. They have recommended using charcoal or high quality wood. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to experiment a little with your setup, as every outdoor cooking experience can vary. “I always look forward to receiving the new catalogues and see what amazing items are available . The items are always quirky and unusual whether you are looking for a small or larger piece and the prices are good for what you are getting. The only thing about the postage to Northern Ireland is that it is expensive compared to the rest of the UK. I’ve never had an order that I’ve been disappointed with .”
