Our first product was faulty (one of the wooden legs seemed like it had been a return as it was rough and unfinished and unwrapped). The service was great to exchange it, the delivery people were excellent too. But then the replacement table was missing a coaster/foot as well. Given the table was another brand, it made me concerned that these are end-of-line or returned goods from other sellers. But the service was excellent thus far..
